Deputy Manager – Quality Management System (QMS) - Home Textile

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain QMS implementation in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Develop, review, and control QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions).
• Plan and conduct internal audits; ensure CAPA for identified non-conformities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with external auditors; ensure audit preparedness and documentation.
• Conduct QMS training and awareness sessions across departments.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing QMS in textile industry.
• Strong auditing skills with hands-on experience in internal and external audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
