Job Purpose:

We are looking for a talented, highly experienced and motivated Design Architect with a strong background in hospitality design to lead the development and execution of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project stakeholders
Prepare pre-concept sketches and concept design layouts that reflect luxury and innovation and contribute fresh, design-forward ideas
Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, consultants, client, and other project stakeholders
Review and approve design documentation and consultant submissions at key project milestones

Specific / Technical Skills:

Visualization and rendering skills
Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project timelines
