Join the AECOM team to lead design and technical documentation for high profile mixed use and commercial developments in Dubai. As Design Manager you will represent the client throughout all project phases, ensuring that deliverables meet brief, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the client's design management representative throughout all project phases.
• Review and evaluate all design packages and complete technical documentation submitted by consultants - Architectural, Interior Design, Landscape, Signage & Wayfinding, Lighting, etc.
• Ensure alignment of design with the client's brief, budget constraints, and quality standards to achieve integrated and cohesive design outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with consultant scope requirements and local authority codes.

Preferred Experience

• Strong portfolio of large scale mixed use and commercial developments in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and deliver quality design outcomes.
• Familiarity with local authority codes and processes.
• Project execution experience with construction processes and quality control is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience with reputable consultants and developers, with at least 5 years in a client side or design management role.
• Strong in QA/QC, analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
