About the Role
We are hiring a Diesel Generator Electrical Controls Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing multi-brand standby and baseload generators. The role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical control systems, and supporting emergency call-outs when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on standby and baseload diesel generators.
- Troubleshoot Generator Controllers, ATS/AMF systems, Fuel Transfer Systems, Starter Batteries, and power distribution components.
- Conduct monthly generator load tests using site load or dummy load.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and support emergency repairs when required.
- Install small and medium-capacity generator sets and related equipment.
- Operate test instruments and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service logs and follow all safety procedures.
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor at on-site or off-site locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel generator maintenance and electrical control systems.
- Strong knowledge of ATS/AMF, generator control modules, fuel transfer systems, and troubleshooting practices.
- Ability to work independently in technical and time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to work in various outdoor and indoor environments based on site requirements.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required for site mobility.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,900.00 per month
