Digital Ad Manager

Pay: $50,000–$85,000 per year + incentives (based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 5 years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) digital ads

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Ad Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our Meta advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, performance analysis, and reporting. Ideal candidates will be both analytical and creative, with a proven record of delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Meta ad campaigns based on business goals

Define and refine audience targeting strategiesDevelop or oversee creation of ad creatives (copy, images, videos)

Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns using performance data

Set budgets, manage bids, and monitor ad spend

Implement and manage Meta Pixel or Conversions API

Track conversions and analyze campaign results

Ensure all ads comply with Meta policy

Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing Meta digital ad campaigns

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API

Creative understanding of branding and content development

Experience with budgeting, planning, and scaling campaigns

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of or interest in western lifestyle industry is a plus (not required)
