We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and optimize our digital advertising performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, uncovering insights, and translating metrics into actionable strategies that improve ROI across all paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and creative teams to test and refine ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Manage tracking implementation (pixels, UTM parameters, tags) to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.
  • Stay current with changes in ad platform algorithms, analytics tools, and attribution models.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising analysis, performance marketing, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Experience with tag management and tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in clear, actionable terms.
