What You’ll Do:

• Own lead generation campaigns end-to-end—plan, execute, optimize, and track results.
• Build, manage, and optimize Google & Meta Ads with measurable KPIs.
• Manage WordPress websites, landing pages, and SEO, improving site performance and conversions.
• Capture, edit, and produce video/photo content for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Turn data into action—analyze metrics and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Deliver fast, accurate execution with high attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to innovate, scale, and improve processes.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in digital marketing, advertising, multimedia production.
• Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, SEO, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Accountable, proactive, and results-oriented—you take projects from start to finish without hand-holding.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and creative with a data-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—interested in building systems and scaling beyond your role.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and love producing measurable results.
