Digital Content & Community Manager (Onsite)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Professional who can manage our social media presence, engage audiences through compelling content, and lead podcast initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation, with a passion for building community and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content to build, grow, and nurture online communities.
• Manage end-to-end podcast production — from concept development and guest coordination to recording, publishing, and promotion.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, visibility, and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, HR, leadership) to maintain and reinforce brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proven experience in content creation, audience engagement, and community building.
• Hands-on experience with podcast production tools and platforms.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
