Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content (e.g., videos, graphics, posts, ad copy) for all digital channels, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop and execute a cohesive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and sales objectives.
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and brand monitoring across social channels.
Performance Marketing & Optimization:
- Demonstrate current and deep knowledge of the latest Meta algorithm changes, platform features, and advertising best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance and compliance.
Sales & Service Alignment (The Core Mentality):
- Adopt a sales-driven approach to all marketing activities, focusing on generating qualified leads, driving direct sales, and supporting the sales team's pipeline efforts.
- Maintain a customer-centric, service-oriented mentality by understanding target audience needs, responding to inquiries, and creating content that solves customer problems and builds brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging across the entire buyer's journey.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful content .
- Demonstrable skills in content creation (writing, basic graphic design/video editing) and strong creative copywriting ability.
- Must be current and proficient in managing the Meta Business Suite and adapting strategies based on platform updates (algorithms, ad policies, new features).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
