Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing and Design Lead to join our growing real estate team. This role will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategy while also leading the creation of compelling visual content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital marketing and graphic design, with the ability to create, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop, manage and maintain the company’s digital marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
  • Analyze performance metrics on prior year and current campaigns. Use insights to plan, refine strategies and improve campaign results.

Creative Direction & Design:

  • Design digital assets for social media, including graphics, videos, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Create marketing materials for agents and brokerage such as signs, billboards, brochures, pamphlets and branded premiums.
  • Ensure a visually appealing website including managing and executing updates.
  • Design, develop, and maintain branded templates (e.g., agent presentations, social media, marketing collateral) to ensure consistency across materials.
  • Serve as the brand steward, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across campaigns, content, and customer experiences.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with real estate agents to develop marketing plan and supporting materials for individual properties.
  • Work with photographer to obtain photos and video content for use in listings, advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and prioritize large workload with multiple projects, balancing creativity with deadlines and business objectives.
  • Provide support and training to staff and agents for digital tools, platforms and best practices.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on digital marketing performance, analyzing key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement.
  • Gather, analyze and use data to inform digital marketing and design decisions. Continuously provide recommendations to improve reach and user experience.

Stay Current with Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends in both digital marketing and design, and incorporate best practices.
  • Experience with AI, new tools, platforms, and design techniques to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design, with a portfolio of past work that demonstrates expertise in both areas.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Express) and familiarity with website design tools like WordPress or Squarespace, preferably with IDX Website Integration.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to track and report on performance.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive visual identities.
  • Experience with large format printing, print production processes and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing insights and strategies with various team members.
  • Strategic, self-motivated, problem solving, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website design or modifications.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools like Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Canva.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,480.92 - $55,977.02 per year
