QuantumGate is a startup within VentureOne, supported by the Advanced Technology Research Council ( ATRC ) and its research arm, the Technology Innovation Institute ( TII ). We specialize in developing and commercializing advanced post-quantum cryptographic solutions, with a mission to secure enterprise digital environments through cutting-edge protocols and applications that tackle the challenges of the post-quantum era.


This role focuses on driving visibility, traffic, and qualified leads through digital channels. You will manage SEO, optimize the website, run email campaigns, and track marketing performance in HubSpot to ensure every activity contributes to lead generation and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement SEO strategies with the website and SEO agency including keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking results
  • Support the website refresh project by coordinating updates and maintaining content within the CMS
  • Explore ways to improve search performance across AI search platforms such as Google SGE and ChatGPT search
  • Build and send marketing emails and nurture workflows through HubSpot
  • Support demand generation campaigns by setting up landing pages, lead forms, and campaign tracking
  • Maintain and update marketing attribution dashboards in HubSpot
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on traffic, conversions, and lead quality
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation and follow-up processes
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Google Ads including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget tracking


Skills & Experience:

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub including workflows, lists, and reporting
  • SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
  • CMS experience using Webflow or WordPress
  • Analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar
  • Understanding of paid media channels including LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Comfortable working with data and dashboards
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of similar experience
  • Experience in dynamic or high-growth startup environments
  • Experience in fast-paced B2B startup environments and with deep tech or cybersecurity background
