Position Overview:

Raptor Power Systems is seeking a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is an ideal entry-level position for a hands-on content creator who is passionate about building a career in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the daily execution of our social media strategy, which includes creating engaging content, producing short-form videos, and managing our online community under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibility Summary

• Daily Content Creation & Social Media Management:
• Create and publish engaging content on a daily basis across all social media platforms, including writing posts, designing simple graphics, and producing short-form videos.
• Actively produce "social-first" video content, such as Instagram Reels and TikToks, to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Execute the marketing content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely stream of new material.
• Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to deploy more complex creative assets.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and assist with community engagement to help grow a loyal following.
• Website & Analytics Support:
• Perform basic content updates on the company website, including text and image changes, as directed.
• Assist in compiling data for social media and website performance reports.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples of work are highly encouraged).
• Familiarity with creating and editing short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
• Experience with a website Content Management System (CMS) like Joomla or WordPress is a plus.
