The Candidate

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of experience in administrative coordination, office management, or team support, with exposure to marketing or e-commerce considered an advantage.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles, with a bold curiosity to learn and grow within this dynamic space.
• Shows a genuine passion for digital marketing and e-commerce, embracing the chance to craft sensational campaigns that embody the unmistakable 'Vibe at FIVE.'
• Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or
• Robust organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to exceed expectations in dynamic and competitive environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with vendors, FIVE Tribe members, and stakeholders.
• A hands-on attitude and a strong 'can-do' spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update databases, records, spreadsheets, and reports to reflect FIVE's premium standards.
• Coordinate multiple projects with precision, tracking progress, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to guarantee seamless campaign execution.
• Support the Marketing Team through research, data collection, and analysis, preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for decision-making.
• Plan and organise meetings, workshops, and events, preparing agendas, minutes and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Arrange travel itineraries, luxury accommodations, and transport logistics for team members and visiting partners.
• Manage financial administration by processing invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation in collaboration with Finance.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to coordinate timely deliveries and project requirements, maintaining strong partnerships.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for creative assets, contracts, and project materials.
• Provide bespoke administrative support that empowers the Marketing Team to deliver sensational results.
