India's leading institute is seeking a Digital Marketing professional for its multimedia division, located in Thodupuzha.

Job description:

The Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets and simultaneously developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive conversions across all digital channels.

  • Digital Asset Creation: Design visually appealing and engaging graphics, images, and visual collateral for all digital platforms, including:
  • Social Media content (posts, stories, reels, cover photos, profile pictures).
  • Website and Landing Page banners/graphics (ensuring they are responsive and optimized).
  • Email marketing templates and graphics.
  • Online Display Ads and Banners (PPC/Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Infographics, presentations, and digital reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop, maintain, and enforce visual brand guidelines across all internal and external marketing materials.
  • Multimedia: Assist in creating and editing multimedia content such as short-form videos, GIFs, and simple animations to support digital campaigns.
  • UI/UX Support: Design elements for user interfaces (UI) and contribute to user experience (UX) to ensure designs drive engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise, design, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website).
  • Social Media: Create a content calendar, schedule posts, and manage day-to-day visual presence on key social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • SEO/SEM Support: Design visuals that are optimized for web and search engine results, and assist in creating assets for Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of visual content and marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights, using data to inform future creative strategy.
  • Content Optimization: Work closely with copywriters to ensure the visual content and text are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
