We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Professional to manage and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media management, content creation, SEO, and online branding strategies—helping strengthen Civitech Developers’ digital presence and drive engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns and events.
- Website Management & SEO:
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and analytics.
- Coordinate website updates and improvements with design and development teams.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic reach.
- Google My Business (GMB):
- Regularly update GMB listings with posts, offers, and project information.
- Track reviews and respond professionally.
- Content Production:
- Develop or coordinate blogs, creatives, and videos in line with brand communication.
- Work closely with design teams, photographers, and videographers.
- Performance Tracking:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Advertising Support:
- Assist in planning and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to meet business goals.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or related industries).
- Proficiency in social media tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, online consumer behavior, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
