Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital tools and strategies, be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution, and have a passion for data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize content for SEO and SEM.
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Manage social media pages and increase audience engagement and followers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress preferred).
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
