Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital tools and strategies, be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution, and have a passion for data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize content for SEO and SEM.
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).
- Manage social media pages and increase audience engagement and followers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress preferred).
- Experience in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
