Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in Dubai's real estate market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation and a solid track record in managing ad accounts, social media, and integrations across platforms.

Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Marketing (UAE)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media ad accounts for lead generation
  • Handle social media accounts including content posting, engagement, and reporting
  • Update and maintain the company website (listings, content, tracking codes)
  • Set up and manage ad account integrations, CRM integrations, and tracking codes
  • Generate and analyze campaign performance reports to improve ROI
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals
  • Ensure all digital campaigns comply with platform policies and company guidelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years real estate marketing experience in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and tracking systems (Pixels, GTM, Analytics)
  • Ability to update and manage websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels in the Dubai real estate market
  • Proficiency in creating campaign reports and insights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
  • SEO & SEM best practices for organic growth
  • Content creation and copywriting for ads, social posts, and landing pages
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • A / B testing and campaign optimization experience
  • Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple ad budgets efficiently across platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with focus on ROI and CPL
  • Experience with influencer collaborations or partnership campaigns
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms and trends (TikTok, Snapchat, Threads)
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate campaigns with creative team
