We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in January 2026, as part of a 5-month training program designed to teach, mentor, and prepare outstanding interns for a full-time role and career path. This internship is intended for recent college graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with less than 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience who are excited for practical training and development by our amazing team.

This role is a great opportunity for the technically-adept with a strong interest in digital marketing and an appetite for learning how paid ads, SEO, Social Media, and email marketing intersect in the restaurant/hospitality industries.

Quick Facts:

  • Internship Period: January - May 2026 (flexible start and end dates)
  • Location: NYC
  • Work policy: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at our midtown office (Grand Central)
  • Hours: Full-Time (preferred); Part-Time (at least 24 hours per week)
  • Compensation: $2,200/month for full-time; Prorated accordingly for part-time
  • Mentorship: Daily progress check-ins with your manager to ensure growth and successful completion of the internship

What You'll Do & Learn:

You’ll support real client work and get hands-on exposure across key areas of digital marketing:

Paid Media

  • Learn how to set up and support paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Assist with basic monitoring, pacing checks, and pulling performance data

Social Media & Content

  • Help brainstorm and draft content for social media and email
  • Assist with scheduling, engagement, or performance checks

SEO & Website Support

  • Assist with keyword research, on-page optimizations, and local listings
  • Support more complex website updates across multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and BentoBox with guidance from the team
  • Help QA new website pages or updates to ensure accuracy, functionality, and proper tracking

Client Experience & Strategy

  • Join internal and external meetings to observe how strategies are developed
  • Participate in team discussions on trends, optimization opportunities, and campaign planning
  • Contribute ideas and ask questions in a supportive environment

Who You Are:

  • Rising seniors or new graduates who recently finished their degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications or related field
  • Passion for advertising and the hospitality industry
  • Curious about how paid media, SEO, social, email, and web all work together
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling data or website updates
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute and learn
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Prior experience or interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
