Define, develop and execute digital go-to market strategies of 7X that build brand awareness, and support 7X product marketing strategies and campaigns across key digital channels.
Strategy, Policies & Procedures - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance 7X brand awareness, support business objectives, grow followers, activate subscribers and increase client engagement.
- Ensure digital marketing channels strategy aligns with business goals.
- Work with key stakeholders and senior level executives to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
- Develop, implement and enforce digital marketing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, standardization, brand consistency, and risk mitigation across all digital channels.
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information to protect the interest of the 7X.
- Manage multiple social media profiles and execute targeted campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and marketing strategy.
Community Management - Perform posting of Tweets on a daily basis and update Company LinkedIn, Facebook accounts over weekends and holidays.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook polls and surveys to build our social media footprint and reputation (loyal customer online reviews).
- Liaise with Directors to ensure that 7X company profiles are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with the directors to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance against 'baseline targets.
- Ensure uniform content and tone of voice for social pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Content Calendar Development - Manage 7X company blog and editorial calendar that aligns with social updates.
- Create and maintain social media and blogging calendar and ensure that everyone is meeting their deadlines.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a content strategy to deliver and optimise content requirements for 7X website, and Social media, to reach the company's target customers.
Agency Management - Work with Agencies to implement other channel-specific campaigns (uploading photos to Instagram, Twitter, videos to YouTube, etc).
- Collaborate with Agencies and Marketing Head to establish content ideas, and to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing and blogging calendar.
Other Tasks - Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Knowledge - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relation or a relevant field preferred.
Experience
- 5-7 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, advertising, and online Public Relation in an agency or consumer branding sites.
