Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of Olympic Hot Tub's digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Company President and external partners to develop and manage cohesive digital campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase revenue across all online channels. You will own the digital customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website and e-commerce store, increase online conversions, and support in-store traffic.

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on paid search, paid social, and retargeting.

Oversee all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and coordination of technical SEO improvements to enhance organic search rankings.

Create, deploy, and analyze successful content marketing and email marketing campaigns using our CRM (Zoho) and marketing automation tools.

Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and visibility.

Own web analytics and reporting using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker/Data Studio. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, lead generation, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.

Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve the user experience and campaign performance.

Manage e-commerce merchandising on our WooCommerce platform and support marketplace activities.

Oversee digital marketing budget, ensuring responsible and effective allocation of funds.

Collaborate with key vendor partners and marketing agents to leverage available assets and align on strategy.

Maintain brand integrity and ensure all digital content is fresh, current, and consistent.
Education and Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proficiency with SEO principles and tools, including Google Search Console.

Demonstrated ability in web analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools (Looker/Data Studio).

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with Zoho is highly preferred.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; experience with WooCommerce is a significant plus.

Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and lifecycle email marketing.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a nimble team environment.

Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
