Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
Digital Marketing Manager
with a proven track record of managing and delivering performance-driven campaigns for clients based in the USA and UK. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Understand business goals of US/UK clients and create tailored digital marketing strategies.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts.

Present digital marketing plans, performance reports, and insights to stakeholders regularly.

Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Display, Content Marketing, and more.

Plan and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and engagement.

Oversee the creation of ad creatives, copywriting, and content calendars aligned with client brand messaging and compliance requirements.
Team & Project Management

Lead a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, social media managers, designers, and content writers.

Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Collaborate with creative and tech teams for website enhancements, landing pages, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.

Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.

Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Market Research & Trend Analysis

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools—especially for the US and UK markets.

Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing international clients (US/UK).

Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM tools
.

Experience with
B2B and B2C
marketing models.

Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with data privacy laws and ad policies applicable in the US/UK (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Google Ads and Analytics Certification.

HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads Certification is a plus.

Experience working in an agency setup with multiple concurrent projects.
