Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads and boost bookings for our travel packages. You’ll wear multiple hats—strategy, content, performance, collaboration with operations & sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies specifically for travel & tour-services e.g., holiday packages, Visa outbound , travel deals
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Facebook/Instagram, TikTok if relevant) to drive bookings and enquiries.
- Handle on-page & off-page SEO, keyword research for travel-related search queries, optimisation of website and landing pages.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email newsletters, travel blogs, and landing pages — tailored to travel-themes and seasonal offers.
- Manage the agency’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with travel storytelling, destination highlights, client testimonials.
- Monitor, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and booking growth.
- Coordinate closely with sales, operations and product teams (tour planners, travel consultants) to ensure marketing campaigns align with tour schedules, deals and business goals.
- Work with external vendors/agencies, influencers/bloggers in the travel domain, destination partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators) for promotions and co-marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with travel industry trends (destination popularity, seasonality, consumer behaviour), digital marketing best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years (or more depending on seniority) of hands-on digital marketing experience — ideally in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry. (Example: many travel-industry job specs require 3+ years.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Strong social media content creation and campaign management skills — especially for travel-related content.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data, derive insights and optimise accordingly.
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills, with ability to craft travel-themed messaging that appeals to target segments (families, luxury travellers, honeymooners, etc).
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns/projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the travel/tourism market in , understanding of seasonality and destination-marketing.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
