Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who is an expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You will lead strategy, execution, optimization, and team coordination for digital campaigns focused on real estate, IT, and service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more
• Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and lead generation
• Lead client communication, understand their goals, and translate them into digital strategy
• Oversee team management, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage social media channels, content schedules, and community engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and conversion data
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages
• Manage and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and GA4
• Knowledge of campaign performance analysis, reporting, and lead funnel tracking
• Experience in team leadership and handling cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Strong analytical, time-management, and project coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
