Digital Marketing / SEO & Social Media Assistant (In-Office – 3 Days a Week)

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to work in-office 3 days per week. The ideal candidate is experienced in SEMrush, SEO optimization, and social media management, with the ability to manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns.

This is a hands-on, part-time position focused on improving website visibility, driving leads, and enhancing our firm’s online reputation. You’ll work directly with management to execute digital strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SEMrush daily to track keyword rankings, conduct audits, and create SEO reports.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns — including targeting, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Post regularly on Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using engaging captions and visuals.
• Optimize blog articles and website pages for SEO (titles, tags, and meta descriptions).
• Create professional graphics and short-form videos using Canva or CapCut.
• Research keywords, trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain content calendars, analytics dashboards, and campaign summaries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SEMrush required (keyword tracking, audits, reporting).
• Experience managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and social media strategy.
• Proficient with Canva, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• $15–$22/hour, depending on experience.
• 3 days per week, 9 AM–5 PM (flexible schedule).
• Supportive, professional work environment.
