About the Role

ICA Edu Skills Coimbatore is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage social media, design creative content, edit videos, and support lead generation campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate, punctual, and willing to learn and grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Editing

• Create and edit short videos/reels for social media.
• Design posters, banners, and promotional creatives (online & offline).
• Use AI tools for content assistance, ideation, and design enhancement.

Social Media & Online Presence

• Manage daily postings and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a monthly content/marketing activity calendar.

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads for lead generation.
• Track leads, follow up with the counsellor team, and support conversion goals.
• Work with analytics to improve campaign performance.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain marketing performance reports.
• Support event promotions, webinars, seminars, and student engagement activities.

Required Skills

• Video Editing
• Poster/Creative Design (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator preferred)
• Knowledge of Social Media Trends & Content Formats
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Good communication skills + Punctuality + Responsibility

Salary

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on skill, output & interview performance)
• Experienced Candidates: Eligible for higher salary based on past results & performance
