Digital Marketing Specialist

About Us:
We are a boutique Pilates and strength training studio in Carlsbad focused on helping our community feel strong, confident, and balanced. We’re growing quickly and looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our online presence and reach new clients. This is not a social media marketing role.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh marketing ideas to the table and execute effective strategies that grow our brand awareness and client base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, but we’re open to discussing the role with someone newer who’s passionate, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Create text follow-ups, offers, engagement sequences, email campaigns to drive sales, retention and conversions.
• Help improve our SEO and overall online visibility.
• Brainstorm and implement marketing collaborations and community partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Stay current with fitness industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries).
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, social media, and SEO.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Business, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing is a plus.
