Digital Marketing Specialist

Fluxion IT Solution is a fast-growing technology and services company committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help scale our digital presence and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote company products/services
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• SEO & SEM activities including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor website & campaign analytics and submit performance reports
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
• Coordinate with design & development teams for campaign assets and landing pages

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, & Analytics
• Good graphic design & content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Good communication & creative thinking
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
