Requirements:
What we will ask of you:

Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Linkedin, etc.)

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
-
Manage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint using Google Analytics and Hubspot tools
-
Calculate ROI and CPL for all digital marketing channels
-
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports
-
Assist with the development of marketing and content strategies across marketing channels
-
Leverage Hubspot workflows for segmentation, scoring, and nurture campaigns
-
Be willing to “wear multiple hats” – as a small marketing team, we rely on team-players who are willing to step into different projects and offer a helping hand
How we will measure success:

Marketing Qualified Leads generated by channel (MQLs)
-
Cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) data for marketing-attributed leads
-
Lead-to-Close conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B)
-
Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads
-
Proficiency and/or certification in Google GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting
-
Some experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for email, lead management, and/or marketing automation
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own to-do list based on a defined set of goals.

Strong written communication skills
-
Current knowledge of digital marketing trends, evolving SEO best practices, and changing advertising landscapes
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
