Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
Meer Enterprises is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our Islamabad (G-9) office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, social media pages, paid advertisements, YouTube content, and basic SEO activities. The projects will primarily focus on the real estate sector, so the candidate must have a good understanding of real estate marketing, audience behavior, and property-related content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for real estate projects.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including property posts, stories, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Perform basic SEO activities (on-page and off-page) to improve rankings and lead generation.
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos and manage playlists related to property projects.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Must have prior experience or understanding of real estate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in YouTube video uploading and optimization.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a relevant field preferred.
