Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communication, preferably with a background in Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Tiktok Business, Meta, DV360, and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to manage performance-oriented campaigns (lead, conversion, app install)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Studio
  • Ability to utilize AI-driven optimization tools and connect creative workflows with media buying strategies
  • Familiarity with app tracking tools (Adjust, Firebase, SQL) and CRM/DMP data
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., BDDK, KVKK)
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn


Job Description :


  • Plan, optimize, and report on digital media campaigns (Tiktok, Programmatic Buying and direct buying, etc.)
  • Collaborate with agencies and technology partners for campaign setup and optimization
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to KPI achievements
  • Analyze acquisition performance across web, mobile app, and aggregator channels
  • Work closely with publisher, DB, analytics, and brand teams on segmentation and conversion optimization
  • Align creative, SEO, and media strategies across all digital assets
  • Support advertising budget control and spend tracking processes
