Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and expertise across performance marketing, social media, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create annual and monthly digital marketing plans for brand growth and lead generation.

2. Performance & Paid Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Run remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

3. Social Media & Content

  • Oversee content strategy for all social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute engaging content calendars, reels, campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Supervise designers, content writers, and video editors.

4. Website & SEO

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Oversee SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, keywords, backlinks, and ranking growth.
  • Improve search visibility and website traffic.

5. Email, WhatsApp & CRM Automation

  • Create performance-driven automation flows.
  • Manage segmentation, drip campaigns, and engagement analytics.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Search Console, CRM, etc.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

7. Team & Coordination

  • Lead and guide internal marketing team and external agencies.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and leadership for campaign alignment.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and scale performance
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of brand communication
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent
  • Digital marketing certifications preferred (Google, Meta, HubSpot)
  • 4–8 years of digital marketing experience with proven results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
