Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives to promote our medical services, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience. You will leverage your expertise in digital channels to drive patient acquisition, enhance online visibility, and optimize the overall digital presence of the medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the medical center's objectives and target audience demographics.

2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.

3. Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

4. Manage the medical center's social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and reputation management.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as medical professionals, administrators, and marketing team members to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, healthcare marketing regulations, and industry developments.

7. Develop creative digital content including graphics, videos, and blog posts to engage the target audience and enhance brand visibility.

8. Implement SEO strategies to improve the medical center's website ranking and organic traffic, ensuring content is optimized for relevant keywords and user experience.

9. Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

10. Maintain a strong focus on patient acquisition and retention through digital channels, implementing strategies to nurture leads and enhance the patient experience online.


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to social media, search engines, email marketing, and content management systems.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling digital content.

6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.

7. Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

9. Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards in Qatar is preferred.

10. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous.
