We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Karachi. Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand awareness. You will work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize campaigns, track performance, and create digital content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising (PPC):

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Optimize campaigns by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, ROI, and cost-per-click (CPC), ensuring campaigns meet performance targets.
  • Set and manage advertising budgets, track conversions, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings, web pages, and blog content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to drive traffic and improve search visibility for both Karachi and Dubai audiences.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and cart abandonment reminders.
  • Segment email lists and create personalized, targeted messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track email campaign performance and suggest improvements based on open rates, click-through rates, and sales.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating content that engages and drives traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Develop a content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and followers.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create digital content, including blog posts, product descriptions, social media copy, and visual assets that align with marketing goals.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user engagement, and consistent with the brand’s voice and style.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze digital marketing campaigns and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting/analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and branding.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write compelling copy for ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
