We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in PPC, Google Ads, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive quality traffic, conversions, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities PPC & Google Ads Management

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Create compelling ad copies, extensions, and landing page recommendations to improve ad performance.
  • Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Track and maintain optimal Quality Scores, CPC, and conversion optimization metrics.

Paid Social Campaigns

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (optional but preferred).
  • Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with detailed insights and improvement strategies.
  • Monitor ROI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and campaign profitability.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Create strategic PPC plans aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to landing pages and funnels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid advertising, Google Ads policies, and digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • YouTube Ads
  • PPC bidding strategies
  • GA4 & Google Tag Manager
  • Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and campaign planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
