Digital Marketing Specialist (Social + Email)
Key responsibilities
- Plan monthly social calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels).
- Create or coordinate creatives (posts, reels, carousels) and write captions.
- Run email marketing (newsletters, drip/automation, offers, event invites).
- Set up landing pages & lead forms, integrate with CRM/WhatsApp.
- Basic paid campaigns (Meta/Instagram + Google Lead/Brand campaigns).
- Track KPIs; report weekly (leads, CPL, CTR, open rate, bookings).
- Coordinate student success stories, reviews, and webinar promotions.
Must-have skills
- Social content + short-video editing basics (CapCut/Premiere/Canva).
- Email tools (Mailchimp, MailerLite, Sendinblue/Brevo, Zoho Campaigns).
- Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, UTM.
- Strong copywriting; simple, clear English; basic Hindi/Gujarati a plus.
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Zoho/LeadSquared) & WhatsApp Business API basics.
Nice-to-have
- Landing page builders (Webflow/Wix/WordPress + Elementor).
- Basic SEO (on-page, GMB posts, citations).
- Canva brand kit management.
