What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in SEO and SEM to lead Quikaid’s digital marketing operations. In this role, you will manage paid and organic search campaigns, track and analyze performance, optimize conversions, and grow audiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and plays a critical role in driving client acquisition and supporting company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research and audience segmentation while managing budgets to drive efficient, high-performing campaigns.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) in coordination with web development.
• Build and manage a sustainable link-building program to strengthen domain authority and referral traffic.
• Manage analytics and conversion tracking systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM frameworks.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Collaborate internally to design, build, and test high-converting landing pages (Unbounce).
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Stay informed on developments in AI optimization, adaptive search (AEO), and emerging digital ad formats.
• Document processes and provide campaign insights and recommendations with leadership.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000,with annual performance-based raises and benefits. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns, analytics, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, including dashboard automation.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support light technical troubleshooting and SEO implementation within Quikaid’s .NET 8.0/C# environment.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA relevance in ad tracking).
• Familiarity with AI-driven campaign optimization (Performance Max, dynamic creative optimization).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

• We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible but can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate.
