Job Description

Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and mentorship to students or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content across various digital marketing domains.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct interactive training sessions (online or offline) on core digital marketing topics such as:


    • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)


    • SEM / PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads)


    • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)


    • Email Marketing and Marketing Automation


    • Content Marketing and Copywriting


    • Google Analytics / GA4


    • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing


  • Design course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and case studies.


  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


  • Assess learners’ progress through quizzes, projects, and practical assessments.


  • Guide learners in real-world campaign creation and performance analysis.


  • Collaborate with academic and technical teams to improve curriculum delivery.


  • Provide mentorship, career advice, and guidance to students.


Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing or training roles.


  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms.


  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach through examples and case studies.
