About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who can seamlessly blend sales expertise, exceptional customer service, and Shopify website management. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves helping customers while optimizing digital experiences and driving online sales growth. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our digital storefront, ensuring both exceptional service and a flawless online shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Convert inquiries into sales through consultative selling and product knowledge
  • Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Shopify Website Administration

  • Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations and maintenance
  • Upload and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions and SEO-friendly content
  • Update product inventory, pricing, and promotional offers
  • Create and manage discount codes, sales campaigns, and promotions
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure product images are high-quality and properly formatted
  • Manage collections, navigation menus, and site organization

E-Commerce Optimization

  • Analyze website analytics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Implement A/B testing for product pages and promotional campaigns
  • Optimize product pages for conversions and search engine visibility
  • Coordinate with marketing team on email campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Monitor competitor websites and industry best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers when needed

Order & Inventory Management

  • Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
  • Handle shipping logistics and tracking updates
  • Manage customer order inquiries and provide status updates
  • Process refunds and exchanges through Shopify admin

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Shopify platform expertise including product management, theme customization, and app integrations
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor website edits (preferred)
  • Comfortable with photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Fast learner with new software and digital tools
  • Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.)

Sales & Customer Service Skills

  • Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural problem-solver with customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with grace and professionalism
  • Strong product knowledge retention and ability to educate customers
  • Persuasive communicator who can close sales without being pushy

Experience & Education

  • Hands-on Shopify administration experience required
  • Demonstrated success in online sales or customer conversion
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Shopify certification or advanced training
  • Experience with Shopify apps (Judge.me, Loox, ReCharge, Yotpo, etc.)
  • Background in SEO and content optimization
  • Experience with social commerce (Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, TikTok Shop)
  • Graphic design skills for creating promotional banners and product images
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Experience in the wellness, beverage, or hospitality industry
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
