Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development or Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling prospective clients and ensuring they are successfully onboarded as clients for our digital marketing and web application development services. The ideal candidate will be a skilled deal conversion specialist with strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of transforming leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Conversion:
  • Work closely with incoming leads to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Effectively pitch digital marketing and web application development services to prospective clients.
  • Address client concerns, answer queries, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure leads are nurtured through the sales cycle.
  • Track and report on conversion rates and client onboarding progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
