Job Overview:

Al Zahia Aluminium Works (SPS-LLC) is looking for a dependable Digital Support Executive & Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative, digital, and operational tasks within the company. The role involves supporting office operations, assisting with project documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Hindi/Urdu speakers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee attendance records and manage staff documentation, including passports, contracts, and files.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, contracts, and assist in interpreting drawings and blueprints for project requirements.
  • Handle cold calls and client communication through WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
  • Manage purchases, track materials and stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
  • Visit suppliers when required to place orders or follow up.
  • Handle office payments, write cheques, and assist with cash-related tasks.
  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress) and improve digital content.
  • Create and edit photos/videos and write posts for social media and website updates.
  • Assist with hiring processes, job postings, and general office administration.
  • Greet and assist customers visiting the office.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in office administration, digital support, or similar roles.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress and social media management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting tasks (cheques, payments) is an advantage.
  • Hindi/Urdu speakers preferred.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Office-based role with occasional supplier visits.
  • Requires strong attention to detail.
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
