Altitude Color Technologies is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy professional to oversee our production job-entry and information systems during and after our transition from ShopVox to Mothernode. This position serves as the central link between our operations, IT infrastructure, and digital marketing efforts—ensuring seamless workflow integration, reliable network performance, and strong digital visibility for our brand.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented systems thinker who can bridge technology, operations, and creative marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume print production environment.
Mothernode / Job Entry System Management
Lead the migration from ShopVox to Mothernode, including data import, configuration, and team training.
Maintain and optimize all job-entry workflows to ensure accurate job tracking, costing, and communication across departments.
Create and manage user permissions, templates, and production dashboards for key departments.
Act as the internal liaison between operations staff and Mothernode support.
Regularly audit system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Information Technology (IT) & Network Administration
Manage all IT infrastructure, including network, Wi-Fi, printers, servers, and cloud-based systems.
Handle new hire setup: computers, user accounts, email addresses, and access credentials.
Maintain cybersecurity best practices, data backups, and antivirus protocols.
Coordinate hardware and software procurement, installation, and updates.
Troubleshoot system and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Website & Digital Marketing Management
Maintain and update the AltitudeColor.com website, ensuring all content is current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for SEO.
Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to promote new capabilities, case studies, and customer success stories.
Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
Manage integration between website, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
Proven experience with ERP or job-entry systems (Mothernode, ShopVox, Printavo, or similar).
Strong understanding of IT network management, computer hardware/software, and cybersecurity practices.
Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, ShopVox, and production workflow software preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally across departments.
3–5 years in a technical operations, IT administration, or digital marketing role.
Background in the print, signage, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic file workflows and print production processes is highly advantageous.
