Responsibilities

• Work on client and internal projects under the guidance of mentors
• Join async check-ins and participate in feedback loops
• Deliver assigned tasks and document your work
• Collaborate with other interns and full-time team members
• Build structured case studies and portfolio-ready work

Requirements

• Clear interest in your selected role and commitment to quality
• Self-discipline and strong communication skills
• Portfolio or sample work (required for design and frontend roles)
• Ability to accept feedback and deliver on time
