Role Summary:
The Digital Transformation Advisor will lead, advise, and drive the organization’s digital strategy by assessing current processes, identifying transformation opportunities, and recommending technology-enabled solutions to optimize business performance and customer experience.

Develop digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and priorities.

Evaluate current processes and identify areas for automation, modernization, and digital enhancement.

Recommend suitable digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Guide leadership and business units in adopting new systems, solutions, and digital initiatives.

Lead discussions on digital governance, change management, innovation, cloud adoption, and automation.

Conduct market research on digital trends and propose best practices for continuous improvement.

Engage with vendors, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver digital projects successfully.

Monitor performance of digital initiatives and measure ROI / business value.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection, cybersecurity standards, and digital policies.

8+ years’ experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Technology Advisory.

Strong experience in digital strategy development, process improvement, and technology adoption.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, data analytics, AI, and enterprise systems.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional advisory experience.

Proven ability to drive transformation projects from proposal to execution.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Government sector preferred.

PMP / TOGAF / ITIL / Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT / Computer Science / Business / Engineering.
