Key Responsibilities:

Identify future business/digital requirements against the current architecture, perform gap analysis, and prepare migration strategies

Formalize Business requirements into digital functional requirements

Lead the technical arm of new projects

Identify Digital Transformation needs and opportunities
-
Present the benefits of new technologies and assets to different internal customer stakeholders
-
Leverage existing Digital assets to address common needs
-
Identify business value from the different data repositories.
-
Lead and manage the adoption of new systems/digital assets
-
Continuously analyze current processes and technologies to identify areas of improvement.
-
Help support the development of business cases for new projects
-
Act as an internal digital consultant and bring in internal or external resources to address issues
-
Maintain and govern ODH’s “transition architecture(s)” for temp solutions.

Assess products and services in the marketplace to help the Digital Transformation initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-
10+ years of digital experience
-
5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise solutions.
-
Strong experience with business requitements management, change management, and stakeholders' management
-
Knowledge of at least one Enterprise Architecture framework is must
-
Experience with enterprise Data integration solutions, including ETLs, data cleansing, and RDMS.

Experience managing and architecting for multiple enterprise applications implementation projects simultaneously.

Experience with Digital implementation governance and vendor management techniques.
-
Experience with enterprise applications implementation, digital projects management, enterprise applications integrations is must.

Working knowledge of cloud-based services , SDLC, and Agile projects.
-
Desire to coach and mentor Digital teams including business analysts and data engineers.
