Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. It involves developing and implementing digital strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation across business units. The position also focuses on monitoring project performance, evaluating outcomes, and promoting a culture of digital excellence and continuous improvement.


Main Responsibilities:


Digital Transformation Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and update the organization’s digital transformation strategy in alignment with its strategic objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key digital projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and the organization’s long-term vision and performance targets.


Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to define project requirements and oversee implementation progress.
  • Monitor project milestones, address risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Develop and track KPI's to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data, assess market trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular progress and performance reports for senior management.


Needs Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Assess current processes and services to identify digitalization opportunities and operational gaps.
  • Conduct user research and collect feedback to guide system enhancements and innovation initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements through digital technologies and automation.


Technology Implementation & Innovation

  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and deploy effective digital solutions.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure best practices in digital governance, cybersecurity, and compliance.


Digital Culture & Change Management

  • Promote awareness of digital transformation benefits and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.
  • Support employees and stakeholders through digital change initiatives and capability-building programs.


Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, consultants, and government entities.
  • Represent the organization in digital transformation committees and cross-functional forums.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation, or digital project management.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
