Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities.

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil works.

• Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers.

• Maintain daily site reports, material records, and work progress.

• Check measurements, materials, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the site.

• Support senior engineers in design, estimation, and documentation.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of civil construction methods & materials.

• Ability to read drawings and site plans.

• Basic understanding of AutoCAD (optional but preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
