Minimum
Qualification:
High school diploma or GED AND Four years of management
experience in an equipment management related area OR Two
years of experience at the lower level Sr Mgr, Equipment Ops
(FEM041) or position equivalent.
Preferred
Qualification:
Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following:
Demonstrated experience utilizing software programs to analyze and interpret data, assess the implications to operations, and advise leadership based on those assessments.
Minimum of 10 years experience supervising or working with offender supervision in reentry programming and/or on-the-job (OJT) training work detail.
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience with state financial operations including purchasing, budgeting, and invoicing.
Ability to supervise staff, monitor performance, and implement improvements; with a talent to effectively lead and work as a team member who can communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders to support an operation or program delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple units or divisions within an organization.
Demonstrated experience developing KPIs, metrics, and quality control measures and documented process improvements as a result of new initiatives.Note:
The Director of the Administrative Support Division is responsible for the oversight of Fleet Operations, GDC Call Center, and Risk Management Programs. This position is responsible for supporting the structure, organization, and sustainability of a high-volume Automotive repair shop and Automotive Academy. Responsibilities also include driving continuous quality improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies across multiple units.
