Job Purpose:

Own the
Cloud P&L
and deliver
cloud revenue, gross margin, and growth
across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managed security services. Expand the cloud business by
adding new customers, growing spend per customer (attach/upsell), launching new offers, and entering new cities/industries/partners
—while ensuring platforms run reliably and securely.
Job Responsibilities:
Revenue, Business Expansion, Products Planning:

Own the cloud Business Growth, Deliver Cloud Business Revenue and gross margin.

Grow the business. Increase new customers, expand cloud attach/upsell into the existing base, and open new cities/segments with clear ramp plans.

Annual plan. Build the AOP for cloud (targets, investments, partnership).

Regional performance. Set city/region/industry targets and hold regular pipeline and forecast cadences with Regional Directors to keep coverage and win rate healthy.

Cloud products. Own the portfolio and roadmap across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and SOC-as-a-Service. Publish simple, sellable offers (features, options, prices, SLAs). Retire or re-price what doesn’t work.
Cloud Partnerships:

Build the partner engine. Onboard and tier CSPs/OEMs/SIs/ISVs, certify solutions and align roadmaps.

Create demand together. Drive partner-sourced and co-sell; run joint campaigns with Marketing and Regions.

Govern rebates, settlements and SLAs; maintain compliance on security, privacy and contract terms.
Cloud Pre-Sales & Solutions:

Win the right deals. Support discovery and qualification on complex opportunities; guide regions on proposals for IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/SOC offers.

Own the bid. Run RFI/RFP responses end-to-end, coordinating inputs from Architecture, Products, Finance, Legal and Credit/Contracts; submit on time, compliant, and margin-safe.

Shorten time-to-cash. After contract, coordinate provisioning readiness, change control and risks; secure customer acceptance and billing start evidence and hand over to steady-state operations.
Cloud Platform Planning & Operations:

Plan the platform. Define reference architectures for DC/edge, compute, storage, network, virtualization/containers and public-cloud interconnects; keep Infrastructure-as-Code baselines current; plan capacity and cost.

Run with automation. Operate 24×7 with strong monitoring, incident/problem/change processes, patching/upgrades and backup/DR. Push IaC/CI-CD and SRE practices to lift reliability and lower unit cost

Keep it secure. Enforce security-by-design (IAM, encryption, segmentation), run SOC/SIEM, manage vulnerabilities and audits, and meet data-residency/privacy requirements. Provide APIs/portals/landing zones so customers can order, scale and monitor safely; integrate with billing and CRM; maintain runbooks and asset/license tracking; manage vendor SLAs.

Minimum of Bachelors degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related fields with rich experience of Cloud Business
Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 8 yrs. or Above. Core experience of Cloud solutions selling, bid participation, solution designing and partnerships shall be preferred
