You will drive revenue, enhance market presence, and ensure a customer centric approach in all commercial activities. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to assess market opportunities and respond to emerging trends while nurturing relationships with stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market influence
  • Lead the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while sustaining existing customer relationships
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively promote Qiddiya's offerings

Requirements
  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors
  • Demonstrable success in formulating and executing commercial strategies that yield tangible results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
  • In depth understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales techniques with a focus on customer engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
