This is a unique opportunity to lead the national branch functions of a company that has doubled in size in the past two years. We’re looking for a front-line, execution-oriented operations manager who can achieve quality and productivity metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed branch performance metrics around costs and quality
  • Oversee operations across nine branches across the country
  • Manage operational staff with a focus on improved engagement and reduced attrition
  • Ensure staff are trained on client-specific processing requirements
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with contracts
  • Analyze current paper-based workflows and processes to identify areas for digitization and process improvement
  • Accountable for implementing and ensuring compliance with overall and individual branch productivity and quality metrics
  • Review and maintain process documentation associated with the various client implementations
  • Ensure robust and tested Business Continuity Plans are in place
  • Responsible for physical security and operation of the facilities and vehicles
  • Manage vendor spend\Ensure compliance with records retention policies, legal requirements, and data privacy/security regulations


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives and achieving metrics
  • Strong project management, process analysis, and change management skills
  • Six sigma certification preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems, workflow automation, and digital archiving solutions preferred
  • Understanding of records management principles and legal/regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, ops management, and problem-solving abilities
  • On-site position can be based in Greater Tampa Bay or in Greater Los Angeles, or in one of our other seven (7) branch locations.
  • Role involves frequent travel to each branch at least 1x per quarter or more as needed
